Both of my dogs were reactive.
It was so difficult to figure out how to help them. One trainer insisted on an e-collar (he was a jerk), another wanted me to use “sit,” and another used treats, but none of it seemed to work consistently.
It took a lot of frustration, time, and sweat, but I started to piece a solution together, and things got better.
What I learned is that there is a process to help reactive dogs. It’s not one tip or one command—it’s 4 steps, one at a time. You can do one each day or once a week.
I’ve used this process to help thousands of reactive dogs, in person and online, over the past 15 years. You can learn it too.
